Accepted Name
1,5-anhydro-D-fructose reductase.
Alternative Name(s)
AF reductase.
Reaction catalysed
1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol + NADP(+) <=> 1,5-anhydro-D-fructose + NADPH
Comment(s)
  • Also reduces pyridine-3-aldehyde and 2,3-butanedione.
