- The enzyme from the archaeon Archaeoglobus fulgidus cannot utilize
NAD(+), cytochrome C, methylene blue or dimethylnaphthoquinone as
acceptors.
- In vitro it is active with artificial electron acceptors such as 2,6-
dichlorophenolindophenol, but the physiological acceptor is not yet
known.
