CC   -!- The enzyme, characterized from the ascomycete fungus Aspergillus
CC       flavus, is specific for L-tyrosine.
CC   -!- It contains three domains - an adenylation domain, a peptidyl-carrier
CC       protein (PCP) domain, and a reductase domain, and requires activation
CC       by attachment of a phosphopantetheinyl group.
CC   -!- The enzyme activates its substrate to an adenylate form, followed by
CC       a transfer to the PCP domain.
CC   -!- The resulting thioester is subsequently transferred to the reductase
CC       domain, where it is reduced to the aldehyde.
