  • The enzyme from maize can use cis-zeatin and UDPglucose as substrates, but not cis-ribosylzeatin, trans-zeatin or trans- ribosylzeatin.
  • Unlike EC 2.4.1.203 UDP-xylose cannot act as a donor.
