|Hydrolysis of (1->6)-alpha-D-glucosidic linkages in (1->6)-alpha-D-glucans and derived oligosaccharides|
- Hydrolysis is accompanied by inversion at C-1, so that new reducing
ends are released in the beta-configuration.
