CA   Hydrolysis of peptides of at least six residues, with bulky hydrophobic

CA   dynorphin A-(1-6)-peptide, respectively.
CC   -!- An endopeptidase of 100 kDa secreted from the skin of Xenopus laevis.
CC   -!- Resembles neprilysin in insensitivity to 1 uM captopril, but differs
CC       in being insensitive to thiorphan and unable to digest (5-Met)-
CC       enkephalin, (5-Leu)-enkephalin, oxytocin and substance P-(7-11)-
