CC       activating it for ligation to target proteins, a process catalyzed by
CC       EC 6.3.1.19.
CC   -!- Deamination requires ATP as cofactor but not its hydrolysis.
CC   -!- The enzyme also catalyzes the hydrolytic cleavage of the bond formed
CC       by the ligase, between an epsilon-amino group of a lysine residue of
