CC   -!- The enzyme from Pseudomonas chlororaphis contains Ca(2+) and
CC       protoheme IX, the iron of which must be in the form iron(II) for
CC       activity.
CC   -!- The enzyme exhibits a strong preference for aliphatic aldoximes, such
CC       as butyraldoxime and acetaldoxime, over aromatic aldoximes, such as
CC       pyridine-2-aldoxime, which is a poor substrate.
CC   -!- No activity was found with the aromatic aldoximes benzaldoxime and
CC       pyridine-4-aldoxime.
